Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operationally opening and closing retail store and register shifts
- Assisting and connecting with all customers
- Resolve customer service and customer satisfaction concerns
- Ensure the highest level of client service by assisting clients with concerns and exchanges
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Ability to build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
- Ability to cultivate a store environment that surprises and delights
- Management and leadership of associate team
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Restocking merchandise
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving invoices and maintaining inventories
- Supervise and manage store inventory
- Daily cleaning of the store
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Help establish and meet store goals
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
