 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operationally opening and closing retail store and register shifts
  • Assisting and connecting with all customers
  • Resolve customer service and customer satisfaction concerns
  • Ensure the highest level of client service by assisting clients with concerns and exchanges
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Ability to build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to cultivate a store environment that surprises and delights
  • Management and leadership of associate team
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Restocking merchandise
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving invoices and maintaining inventories
  • Supervise and manage store inventory
  • Daily cleaning of the store
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
  • Help establish and meet store goals
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
